Tennis Photos are a great way to correct your strokes

Upload tennis photos of your strokes here. Taking photos of yourself or your child with a good camera is a great way for you to analyze your strokes.

Many times the tennis player thinks that they are executing a stroke properly, but when they see themselves in a photo they find something quite different.

I can remember that my coach told me that I was not bending my knees enough and so I set up a video camera to prove him wrong.

I really tried to concentrate on bending my knees, only to find out that he was correct. I was not bending my knees I knew that I was being photographed.

I really made a conscious effort to bend, but I was not using my legs to help drive the ball through the court.

My point is that we really need to use every tool that is available to us in an attempt to get our strokes to where they are where they should be.

That is why cameras both still and video can be of great value to the tennis student of today.
